The Regional Schools Coordinating Committee is thrilled to announce an upcoming Baha’i school event in the Fraser Valley!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Date and Time: <\/strong>Friday, June 20th, 5:00 PM \u2013 Sunday, June 22nd, 9:00 PM Please note, registrations will close once we reach full capacity (160 participants) or by May 4th, whichever comes first.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Registration Fee:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The fee is generally non-refundable, except in cases of extenuating circumstances such as hospitalization or a death in your immediate family. If the event fully covers its costs, partial or full refunds may be offered for other situations. All children aged 0-4 can attend free of charge, as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. However, they must still be registered on the form. A waiver form for registrants under the age of 18 attending without a parent will be emailed to the primary registrant which must be signed by a parent or guardian and sent back before attending the camp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Accommodation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n There are two options for overnight accommodations at Camp Whonnock: cabins and tents. Cabins are shared, split by gender, and accommodate multiple guests. The tent spots are spread out in the forest area of the camp. The associated fee covers the entire duration of your stay. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Food Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We will provide some vegetarian and gluten-free options.
